Olympus SP-800UZ ultrazoom goes up for sale

Olympus SP-800UZ, 600UZ pop up on Amazon
The 14-megapixel Olympus SP-800UZ digital camera is now being offered for sale on Amazon. The camera has one of the longest zoom built-in lenses on the market, with a 30X zoom that has optical image stabilization. It's also capable of 720p HD video recording and has a 3-inch LCD screen.
The Amazon listing reveals a better value than previously expected, as it includes a free Olympus accessory kit with a second battery, a Zeikos card reader, a Sakar lens cleaning kit, Bower screen protectors and a Sakar mini tripod.
The Olympus SP-600UZ, introduced at the same time but equipped with a 15X lens, 12-megapixel sensor and smaller 2.7-inch screen has gone on pre-sale at Amazon, in the meantime. It costs the expected $250, but doesn't include an accessory kit.
Both cameras were originally expected to ship in March.
