Facebook app for Zune HD going live

Zune HD gets long promised Facebook app soon
Microsoft tonight acted on a longstanding promise and launched the Facebook app for Zune. The software lets owners check their news feeds, track friends and view one's own profile. The Zune app adds the small touch of using the currently playing song as a status update.
The download isn't immediately active but should be live on the Zune Marketplace later tonight. As with the Twitter app, the Facebook client is free and can either sideload from a PC or arrive directly through the Zune HD's on-device Marketplace browser.
