Acer Aspire One 532g priced for Europe

The recently revealed Aspire One 532g from Acer, which carries the distinction of being the first netbook with NVIDIA's Ion 2 platform, has been priced for the European market. An Acer slide reveals that price to be 379 euros, or the equivalent of nearly $520. Once the netbook comes stateside, however, it is expected to cost much less, or about $379.

The European model includes the aforementioned NVIDIA Ion with 512MB of RAM and Optimus technology, a 1.66GHz Atom processor, Bluetooth, an HDMI port and Windows 7 Home Premium. A 3G modem is optional. The netbook has been said to come stateside before the end of March. [via Engadget]
