First Android convertible tablet shows at CeBIT
At CeBIT in Germany this week, Mag Digital is showing off the first convertible tablet device with the Android operating system. The build is Android 1.6, while processing power comes from an ARM11 CPU. The tablet itself is a 7-inch, 800x480 display that, like with most tablet PCs, can swivel over the keyboard.
The screen is flanked by a four-way directional pad and four gaming buttons, which match the symbols of those on a PS3 controller. Other features include two USB ports, an SD card slot, TV output and a Wi-Fi module. Battery life is said to be good for just two hours.
Mag Digital sells to retailers, and the device is expected to be available in April, although in which markets hasn't been revealed. Prices are likewise not set, but could range from between $200 and $250. [via AllTouchTablet]

Two hours battery life! WTF!
Very fast. I don't think so. It's a nice geek's toy, but that is definitely an unfinished product for consumers. Horrible demo.
