Leaked images, specs of Verizon HTC Incredible

The HTC Incredible handset has been spotted with its finalized design for Verizon. The newest information reveals that the CDMA phone's Snapdragon CPU is believed to run at a downrated 768MHz clock speed, and there should be 512MB of RAM onboard. Users interface through Android 2.1 with HTC's Sense UI and a 3.7-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a 480x800 resolution.

An 8-megapixel camera should also be part of the specs, while leaked dimensions (4.6- by 2.3- by 0.5-inches) make it slightly narrower and shorter but thicker than Google's Nexus One. An optical pad will also be part of the features. The leaked photos show that the phone will be black, though the chassis is covered in vibrant red once the battery cover is removed.

An FM tuner should be part of the specs as well, while an 8GB microSDHC is said to ship with the device.

A launch of the handset at Verizon is expected sometime in April or May, though no indication has been made regarding pricing. [via AndroidForums]
