The upcoming and leaked Cowon J3 multimedia player can finally be seen in the flesh, after months of speculation, thanks to a leaked image. The device will have a 3.3-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 480x272 and be available in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities. It will also include an accelerometer for switching the orientation of its screen, as well as Bluetooth and a TV output, the last of which is new information.

Judging by the icons on the device's screen, a camera may be built-in, along with a DMB TV tuner in markets that support such functionality. A photo and simple document viewer are also likely to be included. Otherwise, a memory card slot could be part of the specs, though this is not confirmed, and the Wi-Fi many had hoped for is likewise unconfirmed.

Despite this latest leak, launch date or prices for the J3 are unknown, as is whether or not the device will be imported into North America. At least some Cowon players are officially sold in the US. [via OLED-info]
