ICD Gemini combines Tegra 2 with 11in tablet
ICD is planning a second tablet beyond the Ultra that would potentially upstage the iPad. The leaked Gemini would have a larger 11.2-inch, 1366x768 screen, and like the Ultra would use an NVIDIA Tegra 250; the 1GHz chip would give it the ability to play 1080p video, including in Flash 10.1 when it becomes available. It will still run Android, though Engadget doesn't say which version, and will not only carry 3G and 802.11n Wi-Fi but make phone calls.
Extras should be equally important, as ICD's tablet will have both a 5-megapixel autofocusing camera on its back as well as a front, fixed-focus 2-megapixel camera on the front for video chat. Only 4GB of storage is built-in, but this should be braced by an SDHC card slot to add up to 32GB more. True GPS should be onboard versus the 3G iPad's assisted mapping, and the battery will both be higher capacity (40Wh versus 25Wh) but user-replaceable.
The startup tablet designer hasn't said when the Gemini will appear or at what price; the Ultra is due later this year when Verizon's 4G network is active, but its larger cousin doesn't necessarily have to wait for cellular access to go on sale.

clearly designed to be set on the table
heavy, designed to be set on the table, why should it be a tablet...given its meant to be a table top, give it a nice keyboard, and allow some to adjust the angle of the screen for better viewing. True, it becomes a notebook computer at that point, but if its not designed to be held in one hand....then being a notebook makes tons more sense.
