SanDisk says Project Pink phones will take microSD

SanDisk dropped a slight hint about the Microsoft Pure and Turtle phones today with a teaser about the storage. Without naming the devices, it said any releases would have microSDHC card slots and logically support SanDisk's storage. Spokespeople wouldn't provide further clues of their own.

Most of the leaks of the Pure and Turtle haven't directly talked about storage, but microSDHC slots are much more likely as they aren't expected to carry large amounts of internal memory. They're intended to directly contrast against Windows Phone 7, where at least 8GB of storage is built-in but removable cards aren't yet options.
