iPad knockoff gets Android 2.1, larger LCD

1GHz Cortex-A8 CPU now standard
ZeniThink Technologies has created an upgraded version of its iPad knockoff, which now integrates a 10-inch LCD. The device runs Android 2.1, powered by a 1GHz Cortex-A8 processor paired with 512MB of RAM. The specs mark a significant improvement over the seven-inch version, which utilizes a 600MHz CPU and Android 1.6.
The upgraded tablet is claimed to achieve run times of up to five hours on Wi-Fi, powered by a 2400mAh battery. The device also offers 16GB of flash storage, an SD slot, three USB 2.0 ports with support for a USB modem, an Ethernet port, and a HDMI connection.
The knockoff tablet has yet to receive an official price, although it is expected to fall below $300 USD. [via M.I.C gadget]
