LG Ally coming to Verizon on May 20, specs out

A leaked Verizon page shows that the LG Ally will arrive at the provider on May 20th. Courtesy of BGR, the news also confirms the device's specs, which include a 600MHz CPU and 256MB of RAM. Android 2.1 will be preloaded, though the interface will be influenced by LG with its Weather+Time and Socialite widgets.

Verizon services such as Visual Voicemail and V CAST Media Manager will also be preloaded. Google Maps with Navigation will provide directions. There is a 3.2-megapixel camera onboard, and a 4GB microSD card will ship with the phone. The size or resolution of the touchscreen remains unspecified, but the slider does have a horizontal slide-out QWERTY keyboard.

Pre-orders at Verizon are due to start on May 13th.
