More hints that Samsung Galaxy S due at T-Mobile

Further hints that the Samsung Galaxy S smartphone is headed to provider T-Mobile have surfaced, as this latest video (embedded below) reveals, courtesy of Howard Chui. These latest include the inclusion of a TMO Contact app, as well as the carrier's in-house Visual Voicemail app. The handset is also called the SGH-T959 under the media server name in the menu, following a naming system T-Mobile traditionally uses for its Samsung-sourced handsets.

Otherwise, Chui says his hands-on reveals that the 1GHz CPU is not Qualcomm's Snapdragon but a custom-developed model more similar to the one used in the iPad and upcoming iPhone 4G. It's also said to be more responsive than a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 and Google's Nexus One, both of which pack the 1GHz Snapdragon.

The 5-megapixel camera does not get a flash, but can capture 720p videos. A social networking app from Samsung wasn't preloaded onto this example, but will be part of the final device's apps.
