After a brief Facebook announcement about its first upcoming Android 2.1, the Acclaim, US Cellular has not showed the device. But a leaked image shows the device, confirming its sliding form factor that reveals a hardware QWERTY keyboard. The entry-level phone is otherwise expected to get a 3.2-inch screen with a 480x320 resolution.
The handset will also get Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, a 3-megapixel camera with flash and a microSD memory card slot. The Acclaim should arrive in US Cellular stores sometime in July. [via Engadget]
