Adds eight hours of additional talk time

Dexim has added to its line of iPhone 3G and 3GS accessories with the release of the DCA199 Foldable Solar-Powered P-Flip. The new iPhone charger features an integrated 2000mAh lithium polymer battery and two camouflage-colored solar panels, and requires around 15 hours of continuous sunlight exposure in order to fully charge. When equipped with the iPhone it provides up to an additional eight hours worth of talk-time, 15 hours of video viewing or game playing, or a maximum of 60 more hours worth of audio time.

The device can charge and sync with an iPhone via the micro USB cable, as well as double as a desktop holder for both vertical or horizontal hands-free viewing. For added portability the charger can also fold together.

Additionally, the company has announced that a BlackBerry compatible version of the P-Flip is available for pre-order, and is designed to work with the BlackBerry Bold 9000, Tour 9630, and Curve 8900. It offers an extended talk time of up to six hours, or 18 days worth of standby time.

The DCA199 P-Flip can be ordered online from SkyMall.com and is priced at $80, while DCA152 BlackBerry version can also be found at SkyMall’s website and costs $60 to pre-order.
