iPhone 4 frames lend credence to new design
The 2010 iPhone release may have been cemented further courtesy of a hands-on (currently down) with the bare frame of the Apple device. Two examples of the aluminum frame and some inner components have shown at iPhone Portugal that exactly match the numerous leaked examples online. The pair are identical and reportedly "perfect" in construction, which the Portugese believe supports notions that the shell is authentic and not a clone.
The number of casings makes it doubtful the frames are copies or fakes, as besides the confirmed American prototype, partial or complete next-generation iPhones with corresponding parts have surfaced as far away as the Czech Republic and Vietnam.
Teardowns and leaks have had the new smartphone's case making room for a front camera, a 5-megapixel rear camera with a flash, and a 16 to 19 percent larger battery.
