Moto Shadow or Droid Xtreme gets yet more detail
Motorola's Droid Shadow has received new details that also hint at a naming change. It may be called the Droid Xtreme and could ship with Android 2.2 out of the box with up to nine home screens. The handler for Droid-Life claims the phone body is mostly made of metal phone and would be a tough as the original Droid despite a much thinner, touch-only build.
Its battery is known to be a strictly average 1,500mAh unit, but conflicting reports have emerged of the UI. Droid-Life believes the Droid Xtreme wouldn't have any skin at all, much like the original Droid, but familiar HowardForums tipster wnrussel countered with claims that it's a "ninja blur" interface, or a variant of Motoblur where most of the customization goes unseen. A product guide shot and a short-lived example of the phone turned on have shown a customized interface but without Motorola's home screen widgets in view.
The device should be a Verizon flagship with a 4.1-inch screen, a 720MHz processor with new PowerVR graphics, an 8-megapixel camera and HD video support with HDMI video out. It could ship as soon as July.

Why does the article at droidlife say no blur... I thought there was Blur on it... just a more discrete version.
