Photos of first MetroPCS Android phone leaked

Photos of the first Android handset to arrive at prepaid provider MetroPCS have leaked, thanks to AndroidGuys. The unnamed handset looks much like the T-Mobile Cliq, and will include Android 2.1 customized with Motoblur layered on top. It's rumored to get a 600MHz processor and a 3-megapixel camera.

The horizontal slider is also believed to get a touchscreen that's about three inches in size. A unique feature of the QWERTY keyboard is a .com button. The face of the handset has an offset home button the surround for which could also be a directional pad, but this is not confirmed.

Pricing or a release date for the unnamed MetroPCS hardware remains unknown.
