OnLive due on June 17 with 23 games, AT&T partner

At E3 on Tuesday, OnLive announced that its streaming online gaming service will launch on June 17. The first year of access will be free thanks to a partnership with AT&T, with a monthly fee of $5 applicable after that. It will allow access to 23 games at launch.

Users of both Macs and PCs will be able to access games in their browser, with titles that include Asassin’s Creed II, Dragon Age: Origins, and Just Cause 2. A full list of current and upcoming games is available online. Users can also play OnLive games on their TVs thanks to OnLive’s MicroConsole TV adapter.

Only qualified pre-registered users will have access to the service right on June 17. OnLive also hasn't said if iPhone or iPad support will be ready on the same day.
