Bell to get Bada-powered Samsung Wave on July 8
A leak from Canadian wireless provider Bell reveals that the Samsung Wave will arrive there on July 8. Originating from BGR, the leak also reveals that retail pricing will be confirmed on June 28, as for now it reads $300 CAD ($287) for any length of contract. The phone will be the first to sport Samsung's new Bada operating system.
The handset will sport a 3.3-inch Super AMOLED display with an 800x480 screen. There is also a 5-megapixel camera onboard with 720p video capture, a 1GHz CPU and the TouchWiz 3.0 interface.
The phone has already launched overseas but not yet in the US. In light of the nearing Canadian launch, however, it is expected to reach a carrier stateside very soon as well.
