Logitech intros headsets for computer video chats

Logitech on Thursday brought out two new headsets meant for making video calls and listening to music at a desktop or notebook. The H530 and the H555 both support super wideband audio for clearer than average sound when using Logitech Vid, Skype 4.0 or newer for Windows or Skype 2.8 or newer for Mac. The H530 connects using a USB plug, and sports a padded foam headband along with cushioned ear cups. The H530 has on-ear audio controls and sports laser-tuned drivers.

The H555 is more portable with a behind-the-head design and folds away into its included carrying case. Either set has a foldaway microphone boom and the microphone itself has noise cancelling integrated.

Both headsets ship later in July, with the H555 priced at $60 and the H530 at $50.
