Samsung Vibrant for Bell may arrive August 6

Bell's Galaxy S version due in two weeks
Bell's version of the Galaxy S, the Samsung Vibrant, should be ready in two weeks, according to Electronista's sources. Those aware of its plans expect the Canadian carrier to pick it up August 6. The launch would come about three weeks after the T-Mobile equivalent's arrival in the US.
The version arriving to Bell is similar in hardware and primarily switches over to Bell's native 3G bands. Avatar and the other special software bundles aren't likely to carry over, but it will still use Samsung's custom interface on top of Android 2.1. Both are very close to the reference Galaxy S in hardware and share the 1GHz chip, four-inch Super AMOLED and five-megapixel camera.
