Eye-Fi opens mobile web UI for controlling cards

Eye-Fi has quietly rolled out the Eye-Fi Mobile Center, a dedicated web app for controlling its wireless SD cards. The page gives Android, BlackBerry, iOS and webOS users a way of both viewing uploads as well as changing card settings. Most any setting that doesn't require the card to be plugged in can be changed, such as the upload destination.

The SD card still needs to be set up on the computer, Eye-Fi notes. It also doesn't serve as a conduit to upload photos between a computer and a remote server. No current timetable exists for when Mobile Center will exit beta. [via Unwired]
