T-Mobile will no longer carry Nexus One anywhere

A leaked internal dealer memo has put to rest any rumors that T-Mobile will offer the original Android phone, the Nexus One, in stores. The carrier announced earlier this month that it will cease web sales of the Google-branded, HTC-made device. The memo does reveal that current T-Mobile Nexus One owners will continue to receive the same level of support.

The device was initially sold through an online Google store and wasn't available for a hands-on demo in stores. Likewise, advertising was hardly commonplace, and the phone was outsold by other, similar smartphones using a traditional carrier sales model. [via TMoNews]
