Beta users report service interruption

AT&T may have banned pre-release Dell Streaks from working on the company's 3G network. Several posts on MoDaCo's Android forum suggest beta users have been cut off from using voice and data services in the US, leaving the devices to be solely connected via Wi-Fi.

The service interruption appears to be a result of the finished beta program, which effectively cancels service on SIM cards provided for the beta program. Although several users suggest a separate SIM card reconnects their devices, others have encountered unsupported device errors.

The problems are expected to be resolved as soon as Dell officially launches the Streak in the US.
