Wireless and wired variants available

Genius has expanded its line of graphics tablets with two new MousePen offerings, the M508 and M508W. Both feature a 5x8-inch working area that can be switched between widescreen and 4:3 aspect ratios depending on the specific task.

The touchpads provide dedicated controls for scrolling, zooming, and control over brush attributes. Users can also program 13 keys on the tablet surface and four hardware buttons for various functions. Both models support 4,000 LPI resolution and 1024-level pressure sensitivity with the Bluetooth-connected pen.

The wired MousePen M508 will ship in September for $149, while the wireless M508W brings the price up to $199. The tablets are compatible with Mac OS X and Windows 7.
