Moto tablet, global Droid 2, Droid Pro coming
Verizon will soon release Motorola's Droid 2 World Edition and Droid Pro handsets, according to screen captures of the system courtesy of BGR. As previously leaked by a roadmap, and the latest unofficial news indicates that the Droid Pro, with its 4-inch screen and 1.3GHz CPU, is due for a November release. Dubbed A957 in the Verizon inventory, it will also have global roaming capabilities.
Another Motorola handset is on track, called the A956 and expected to be a mild refresh of the Droid 2 with GSM support for global roaming. It should be out before November, and available in either black or white.
Also due at Verizon is a Motorola tablet phone, carrying the MZ600 model badge. This may be a large Android phone or a tablet without voice calling capabilities, though the former is more likely. In this case, it would have Android 2.2 and be a World Edition device.
It's not yet clear when the devices will begin shipping or what they will cost.
