Device currently code-named Jordan

T-Mobile is reportedly set to launch a new Android-based Motorola handset, which is currently referred to by the code-name Jordan. The device is said to be ruggedized, although it is unclear how many aspects are shared with Motorola's rugged i1 for iDEN networks.

The rugged housing will allegedly resist water intrusion down to a depth of 10 meters, with IP67 certification, according to Boy Genius Report sources.

The Jordan is said to be slated for a November launch. Further details and pricing remain unclear.
