Handset priced at $75
T-Mobile has announced that it is set to launch Motorola's Android-based Charm handset on August 25. The budget-priced handset features a fixed QWERTY keyboard paired with a 2.8-inch 320x240 touchscreen. Motorola's Motoblur UI sits atop Android 2.1, which is powered by a 600MHz processor.
Despite its low price tag, the Charm still integrates 802.11n Wi-Fi and GPS. Storage is meager, as the handset is bundled with a 2GB microSD card. Other features include a three-megapixel camera and Flash Lite.
The Charm will be available for $75 with new or upgrade-eligible contracts.
