LG enV G, Optimus and Windows Phone 7 devices leak
Much more information has emerged today of LG's phone launch plans for the near future. The rumored Android-based enV Touch is now thought by BGR sources to be named the enV G and will have both the inside and outside touchscreen displays as well as a 1GHz Snapdragon chip. It's still expected to ship by the end of the year.
A second Android phone, nicknamed the Thunder, is also due in a similar timeframe and would be LG's first touch-only Android device in the US. Not much is known, but its description as a mid-range 2.1 phone may make it a version of the Optimus One or Optimus Z. Whichever model it might be, it would be the first with a multi-carrier American release plan and would reach AT&T and T-Mobile as well as CDMA providers like MetroPCS, Sprint and Verizon.
LG's lone Windows Phone 7 device, likely to be the Pacific, is now poised to be a QWERTY slider. It should also be a launch phone and would arrive alongside the Samsung Cetus and an unnamed HTC phone, likely the Mozart or Schubert.
