GeForce GT 430 gets limited early specs

NVIDIA is soon expected to launch a new graphics card in the near future, the GeForce GT 430, a leak claimed today. First heard of back in March, the new GPU is said by Fudzilla to have a 700MHz core clock speed, while its 128-bit memory speed is set at 900MHz. Whether it will be a retail offering or meant only for pre-assembled PCs remains to be seen.

The card is PCI Express 2.0 x16 compatible. A version based on the slightly faster GF106 core, the GeForce GT 450 is also due for a release soon, but no specs are yet known. The price of the GT 430 is likewise a mystery, although the GTX 460 already costs $200 and could push these base cards to as low as $100 or $150.
