Nokia N9 specs, image leaked
Some preliminary, unofficial specs of the Nokia N9 smartphone have been leaked thanks to NokNok. The aluminum-bodied MeeGo device will purportedly get a four-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 800x480 -- up from 640x360 on most Nokia phones -- and will be powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon. There may otherwise be 512MB of RAM, 1GB of ROM and 64GB of storage space. A 32GB microSDHC memory card could add further space.
The camera will have the ability to capture 720p HD video, and it may use HSPA+ to become only the second device after the T-Mobile G2 to get the faster 3G. Other features may bring 802.11n Wi-Fi, a GPS sensor, and Bluetooth 2.1. An HDMI output is not confirmed but more than likely, and the camera should have an 8-megapixel sensor, as per an earlier report. The N9 is a horizontal slider design that hides a full QWERTY hardware keyboard.
Pricing and a release date for the N9 remain unknown. [via IntoMobile]

More BS from the rumour mill
Another site posts its assumptions and the folks at electronista further magnify the BS. Bluetooth 2.1. Seriously...the Nokia N8 already moved to 3.0. Why would the N9, the company's flagship, regress?
The N8 specs are already known...so it shouldn't be too difficult to challenge and fact check a bit, don't you think? One can only wonder how far of the mark this gossip proves to be.
