TiVo ships QWERTY Slide Remote

TiVo puts out Bluetooth keyboard remote
TiVo tonight finally began shipping the QWERTY TiVo Slide Remote promised at the same time as the TiVo Premiere unveiling. The controller is designed for those who thrive on Internet features and search, tucking in a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and directional pad underneath the usual controls. Unlike a usual remote, it uses Bluetooth through a USB adapter and doesn't require a line of sight to the TiVo in its 33-foot range.
The Slide Remote works with any Series 3 or Series 4 TiVo, including the Series 3, HD, HD HXL and either Premiere model. It should be available later tonight on TiVo for $90 and will reach Best Buy retail stores this coming weekend.
