Moto Kobe for ATT spotted live

The just recently unearthed Motorola Kobe has been tracked tonight in its first photos. The full touch AT&T phone has been confirmed by Engadget to be running Android 2.1 with the same Blur layer as the Droid X and Droid 2 and has a simple, rounded design. An 800MHz TI OMAP chip, a three-megapixel camera and a 3.5-inch, 854x480 display were already known to be part of the specs.

The Kobe is getting close to launch, but the codename Diablo has also been floated and suggested that Motorola and AT&T are still hashing out the final name for the device before it ships. It should be ready before the end of the year, but how soon isn't known. The fall CTIA show may be a candidate.
