Genius launches new Bluetooth mouse

3M has announced the launch of a new system that can be used to turn dry erase boards into interactive displays, while Genius has unveiled its latest Bluetooth mouse, the Navigator 905BT

Following the results of a recent study that found students were generally more focused on lessons delivered with the latest technology, 3M has announced the release of the Simply Interactive System. The new product consists of a mounted IR camera and a stylus pen that acts as an interactive mouse, operated by pre-loaded drivers on a USB hub. By using the hardware in conjunction with a PC and projector, teachers can turn any dry erase board into an interactive display surface, which can be used to edit, highlight, or add to the displayed material. The Simply Interactive System is available online for $380, and interested individuals have the option of watching a demo online or scheduling a live on-site demo.

Genius unveils its latest Bluetooth mouse, the Navigator 905BT

Genius has released a new bluetooth mouse that can be used with any PC or Mac computer. The Navigator 905BT features Genius' Flying Scroll technology that provides eight direction scrolling, along with a Stick-N-Go mount that can be used to attach the mouse to a notebook. Other features include Bluetooth EDR 2.0, which provides users with a 10 meter working space, along with a 1,600 dpi resolution which provides accurate cursor tracking and speed. Available in royal rub and cold silver, the Navigator 905BT is priced at $33.
