    $60 for DSL?

I'm really excited to see Verizon's newfound commitment to FiOS.

Yes, how dare Verizon better a technology that can be rolled out to their masses in great numbers now. They should just wait until they get around to spending the billions needed to roll out fiber to everyone's home.

    Rip off

Verizon can do better than that on pricing. 15mbps ADSL in Canada is only $45 when bundled and the Canadian dollar is worth less than the American dollar. (Rough exchange: $42.50 USD)

    @ testudo

You do know they've basically said FiOS is done...for good.

That was nice of them, especially since we gave them (and AT&T) hundreds of millions of dollars to rollout broadband across the country years ago.

I'm sure they'll roll out 15M DSL to all of their customers too...
