Doctor Who remote coming for Nintendo Wii
A leak reveals a new peripheral is coming soon for the Nintendo Wii gaming console. It will be dedicated to and styled for the upcoming Doctor Who: Return to Earth game. The remote will be styled after the sonic screwdriver from the popular TV series.
The remote will be made by Blue Ocean Accessories which is the hardware division of Koch Media, which is the publisher of Doctor Who for the Wii and Doctor Who: Evacuation Earth for the Nintendo DS. For the DS title, Blue Ocean will also release themed game accessories, such as slipcases with the Doctor and Amy Pond as well as a sonic screwdriver stylus.
Pricing remains unknown, but the parts are said to be coming to Europe in October. [via RegHardware]
