Handset expected to cost €559 outside of contract

HTC's HD7 smartphone has reportedly resurfaced in another inventory system with a launch date of October 18. The latest leak, posted by WMPoweruser, appears to show an inventory screenshot for O2's German branch.

The listing shows pricing set at €79 (~$103 USD) when the handset is tied to a two-year contract priced at €20 (~$26 USD) per month. Without a service contract, the price jumps all the way up to €559 (~$729 USD).

The German information corroborates a separate report regarding the HD7 launch in O2's UK territory on the same day, however the pricing structure remains unclear. The device is also rumored to be headed to T-Mobile, likely several weeks behind the European debut.

The Windows Phone 7 handset is expected to offer a full set of high-end smartphone features, although detailed specs and images have yet to emerge.
