Vizio ships 7-inch LED Personal TV

Vizio now shipping 7-inch LED Personal TV
HDTV maker Vizio is now shipping its new, portable 7-inch VMB070 Personal TV, which is capable of picking up free-to-air ATSC or NTSC broadcasts without the need for any subscriptions. The Razor LED screen is edge-lit and has an 800x480 resolution and touch controls, along with a 500:1 dynamic contrast ratio and 250 nits of brightness. The device is less than an inch thick and has an integrated antenna and kickstand.
It can also be used as a digital photo frame with content coming from connected USB ports. It delivers Dolby Digital sound through its two 1W speakers. A composite video input is present as well, enabling users to connect other sources and game consoles. Battery life is rated at just 3.5 hours, however. The device weighs 1lb.
The VMB070 is now available at some Walmart stores and online at Vizio's site for $160.
