Fujitsu shows Windows 7 tablets, phone to CEATEC

At CEATEC this week, Fujitsu demonstrated two portable tablets running on Windows 7. The two are prototypes at this point, so no specs were revealed. At the same time, a Design Concept flip phone was shown off, which sported dual touchscreens that can rotate to offer a landscape view.

The handset was preloaded with Fujitsu's proprietary OS, which could hold it back if or when it's launched as the associated apps market isn't likely to be capable of competing with the likes of the Android Market or iTunes store of the main competitors. [via Akihabara]
