Samsung X430 with Microsoft Signature Image, no bloatware

updated 07:25 am EDT, Tue October 12, 2010

A Microsoft Store Exclusive

Samsung's X430 has been specially selected as a Microsoft Store Exclusive. This has resulted in the notebook being shipped with a Microsoft Signature Image of Windows 7, which comes free of bloatware and trialware, although it ships with additional Microsoft first-party software. Normally optional downloads, the apps include Windows Live, Bing Maps 3D and Microsoft Security Essentials.

The notebook has a premium look and feel, with a chiclet keyboard reminiscent of Apple's Macbook Pro range. It is equipped with a Core i3 ULV processor, GeForce 310M graphics, a 500GB HDD, and a 14-inch WXGA screen.

It is retailing for $1100 and is only available from Microsoft Stores. [via Engadget]
