TiVo sets up online season pass manager
TiVo will launch a new Season Pass Manager feature online later on Wednesday. This will let them better manage their season pass subscriptions on multiple TiVo broadband-connected set-top boxes, add new ones or delete old ones. The existing system doesn't let users set up season passes online.
The feature was requested by customers and is compatible with the TiVo Premiere, Series3, HD and Series2 DVRs. Subscribers already had the option of managing individual show queuing but previously couldn't automate whole seasons.
