Austrian A1 offers free Xbox 360 with WP7 buy
Austrian residents are being offered a free Xbox 360 gaming console with every purchase of a new Windows Phone 7 device, according a print ad from the country. Buyers have to buy the handset through Austrian carrier A1, and on the platform's European launch day, October 21. The Xbox seen by WMPowerUser is Microsoft's entry-level, 4GB Arcade version.
A1 offers the HTC 7 Trophy and HD7 as well as Samsung's Omnia 7. Buyers need to maker their purchases in store as opposed to online as well and the proviso of while supplies last applies as well. Those who pre-order a WP7 phone from A1 online will be entered to win an Xbox 360 even if they don't get one at launch.
