Zotac shows new dual-core Zbox PC series

Zotac has just revealed its latest Zbox nettop in the HD-ID40 series. Comprised of the HD-ID40-U and HD-ID40-PLUS-U. Both supersede the Zbox HD-ID11-U that shipped in May of this year and the more recent ID33 and ID34.

While there are no Blu-ray drives in either of the ID40s -- the former is simply a barebones box -- the PLUS has a 1.8GHz dual-core Atom with the new NVIDIA Ion graphics chipset, 2GB of RAM and a 250GB hard drive, along with Wi-Fi. Either sports DVI and HDMI outputs.

There is no word on when the two will ship or what they will cost.
