Pantech Cruz coming to Verizon tomorrow for $50

Verizon added a second phone today and will begin carrying the Pantech Crux starting Thursday, October 28. Built by PCD, the phone has a 3-inch touchscreen display supplemented with external control keys for the home screen and other common tasks. Pantech pre-installs widgets for accessing social networking sites.

A 1GB microSD memory card ships with the handset, but support is there for cards up to 32GB in capacity. Skype is supported, as is V CAST with Rhapsody. Bluetooth is present as well. The Pantech Crux will be priced at $50 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a two-year contract.
