ASUS ships Lamborghini Eee VX6 notebook

Device arriving first in the UK
ASUS has begun shipping its latest Lamborghini-themed notebook, the Eee PC VX6. The device integrates a 12.1-inch display with 1366x768 resolution and LED backlighting. A 1.8GHz dual-core Atom processor powers the ultraportable, while graphics acceleration is provided by NVIDIA's Ion 2 components with support for Optimus.
Other features include 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, and a combination of USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports. The basic configuration ships with 2GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive, and a six-cell battery claimed to reach six hours of runtime.
The VX6 is now available in the UK, with prices starting at $799.
