Razer intros Nostromo gaming keypad
Gaming peripherals maker Razer has just updated its Nostromo gaming keypad, co-developed with Belkin. The device is ergonomically designed and sports 16 programmable Hyperesponse buttons along with an eight-way directional thumb pad. A soft-touch rubberized and adjustable wrist pad holds the wrist to decrease fatigue.
The directional pad can also be programmed to direct movement or act as a number of modifier keys for auxiliary commands. The Nostromo can also switch between eight keymaps on the fly. Users can store up to twenty gaming profiles on the device and program unlimited-length macros. The buttons and scroll wheel are backlit for quick referencing in dark gaming environments.
The Nostromo ships on November 29 for $70.
