Users can now sync photos/videos with iTunes
RIM has released a major update to its BlackBerry desktop software for Macs. Version 2.0 brings several features that are already available on the Windows variant, including Wi-Fi sync for transferring music from a computer to a smartphone. Users can also import and sync photos or videos with iPhone and iTunes.
The utility also provides a device-switch wizard that is designed to help users transition from one BlackBerry to another.
The BlackBerry desktop software for Mac OS is now available as a free download directly from RIM.
