HTC 7 Pro coming to Germany's O2 in January
The HTC 7 Pro unveiled this fall will arrive at German provider O2 in January, the handset's product page has given away. Its version of the Windows Phone 7 device will logically use GSM and will sport the distinctive hardware QWERTY keyboard behind its 3.6-inch, 800x480 display. Also onboard is the needed 1GHz Snapdragon chip and a five-megapixel camera.
Sprint is known to be getting the 7 Pro in CDMA trim, but whether it will arrive in January hasn't been determined. The O2 leak could help to confirm that the handset will come to Sprint at or near the same time, as Microsoft has been encouraging worldwide simultaneous releases whenever possible. An introduction at CES in early January is considered probable. [via BGR]
