Sharp adds 70-inch Quattron LED flagship

Among other debuts, Sharp brought a production-ready 70-inch Quattron-series LED TV to CES this year. It uses Sharp's own Quad Pixel technology that adds yellow to the red, green and blue color gamut. The LC-70LE732U is the largest in the series thus far, outdoing the previous 60-inch flagship.

The TV will otherwise get Sharp's full-array LED backlighting though the screen's refresh rate hasn't been revealed. The set will arrive sometime this Spring, though pricing hasn't been mentioned. Like other Aquos Quattron models, it will bring with it Wi-Fi and access to Facebook, Pandora, Twitter and Flickr through Vudu apps.
