Three Lenovo ThinkPads with Sandy Bridge i5 leak

Lenovo is about to launch three new ThinkPad notebooks with Intel's new Sandy Bridge CPUs, according to posts on Chinese technology website PC Online. They include the 15.6-inch T520, 14.1-inch T420 and 12.5-inch X220. All share the new Core i5 CPU and Windows 7 Home Basic in China, though Home Premium is more likely in the US.

The T520 is said to get an NVIDIA Quadro NVS 4200M for graphcis, though this hasn't been heard of before and is likely a workstation equivalent of the GeForce 500M. It may get 1GB of RAM, however. The T420 gets dedicated Quadro N12M-NS graphics, and the X220 relies on Intel's HD 3000 integrated graphics. Other specs of the X220 include 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a 2.0-megapixel camera.

All three new Lenovo notebooks are said to arrive in stores later in January, though prices haven't been revealed. [via Laptoping]
