Acer Aspire One 522 available at Amazon

Some of Acer's unveilings from CES came closer to reality today as its Aspire One 522 came up for pre-order at Amazon. The company's first netbook based on AMD's Fusion should sell for $330 and ships in three to five weeks. Amazon's edition comes in a single trim with the 1GHz dual-core C50 chip, Radeon HD 6250 graphics and a 250GB hard drive.

Also going unnoticed in most of the launches is an eMachines mid-range Fusoin notebook, the eMD644. A larger 14-inch body affords it room for a 1.6GHz E-350 processor as well as 2GB of RAM, faster Radeon HD 6310 video, a 500GB hard drive and a built-in DVD burner. It doesn't yet have a price or ship date but should cost more than the Aspire One. [via MaximumPC]
